The Investment Opportunity
With Phase 3, Empire are offering an additional £24 million of loan notes to investors following the same model as its earlier offerings, namely a secured fixed return on capital, with tangible security via a first legal charge which is registered at the Land Registry. The legal charges are held by an independent Security Trustees on behalf of the loan note holders.
This is a simple and secure investment with tangible security, providing a fixed double-digit return, allowing investors to enter the UK property market without management obligations and long term commitment of funds.
